Tai Chi is a martial art form with practical applications, but is foremost practiced as a meditative exercise for the body. Grand Master Jeffery Gay is a 6th -Dan in three styles of martial arts: Okinawan Shuri-ryu, Kempo Kobudo, and Chinese T-ai Chi Ch'uan. He has been in the USKA (United States Karate Association since 1975. Tai Chi is the art form he teaches the most. He enjoys helping people who want to learn Tai Chi because he believes that if you wish to learn he can teach you.
