We hold workouts at various times throughout the year as well as a yearly seminar. Workouts are for adult black belts and advanced brown belts only. All workouts and seminars rotate locations. Together with Stroud School in Kinston, we hold a yearly seminar, in which several top local instructors come together and teach a variety of sessions. Seminars are open to all students, and are a great way for beginners as well as advanced students to expand their training. We have a half-day rate and full-day rate to accommodate busy schedules. Special children's sessions are offered in the morning only.
This year's featured instructor is Richy Huneycutt from Strouds School of Martial Arts in Kinston. For more information and registration, click on the link below or call us at 252-752-7283.
